to Me :)

Work was OK today, they even had a Birthday card for me (but I had cakes for them)...bit of a boring meeting in the afternoon, during which our Agency came to see us, but they didn't come in...

So an ordinary, unexciting day, but its made up for by having a Spa Day last Saturday and Winkworth blipmeet next Saturday when I really hope the weather is kind to us :)

For the record I lost half a pound at Slimming World tonight (and yes, I went even though it was my Birthday)!  Treated myself with a cinnamon whirl tonight after dinner, its one of my favourites and I don't often have them these days :)
