Back again!

Today saw a project I've been involved with for the last five months go live here in Fortaleza, as the full control of the Ypioca Brazilian cachaca company passed to the new owners and leadership team. And it all worked, from the cutting of the sugar cane, to the mashing, distilling and storing of the liquid, to the bottling, packing and delivery of the finished goods to happy clients, and the issuing of invoices to them (the most crucial measure to get right!). Overall very satisfying.
