Sundown at Blackpool

We haven't been to Blackpool for a long time., so when Mrs A thought it would be a good idea to go across to see the famous illuminations I thought...why not?
Despite the occasional rain and ever present wind everyone looked to be having a good time and as 'switch-on' drew nearer it got increasingly busier.
This image is from Central Pier as the sun was about to set. Not the most dramatic sunset I admit, but my best photo of the day none the less.
