Painting aubergines

Dull day, rain and co.

Morning spent writing up, rather boring. Too much pondering.
I took myself too seriously sometimes.

Anyway I needed a bit of creativity so I tried a Georgian recipe: aubergine rolls filled with cream cheese and walnuts.
The picture is the first part of the recipe; brushing the aubergine slices with olive oil.
