MonoMonday: The Third Man

I have not seen this movie. According to Rotten Tomatoes, the movie is "an undisputed masterpiece of cinema",  a good reason to fix this gap in my cinematic experience. Based on the little I do know, here is an effort to portray the third man. Thank you Dollykgray for hosting!
