Colourful Autumn

A bright, sunny day but with a chill in the air.

Like many people, I love the changing of the colours of the leaves as we enter Autumn. This bush in our garden looked particularly glorious.

I am gradually getting a bit stronger. I preached last Sunday in the church I was Pastor of thirty years ago and it was wonderful meeting up with old friends and seeing those who had been children now taking up leadership roles. I also had two patients to see in my Listening Service surgery yesterday. I have started some exercises which the hospital physio gave me - they are on DVD, so as long as I am motivated I can do them anytime. Slowly but surely I may feel as good as I was a few months ago.
