lioness......

after having fed from a dead buffalo!  

Yesterday, we saw a buffalo who was not well and then in the evening we heard she had died, so of course this morning our first stop was at the same spot where we found lion and crocodile having a tug of war over the carcass.  This lioness had quite a feast before another one came and took over!  Its always interesting to watch the animals in the bush!  There were four lionesses waiting their turn.  They were there all day and then in the evening a lion joined them!  I love watching the interaction between the animals!

Today was another super day - we found another leopard and many elephant and a male lion wandering around on his own!  I took so many pictures and haven't been through them all yet!
