Light and shadow

I went up to the allotment - still harvesting armfuls of green leaf-age of various kinds. I then treated myself to an amble round Lidl, which is always full of surprises.

As the days get shorter it seems that the light is getting brighter, the shadows darker, and the sky bluer than ever.  There was also a considerable nip in the air - winter draws on before too long. ;-)
