Early Bird

This was the view this morning as I tip toed around the house with a puppy at my heels.

Sometimes it's worth being up at 530. I'm now awaiting the 647am to London - the only good thing being that I'm travelling first class :)

I'm as fresh as a daisy after falling asleep at 8 on the sofa last night - all that Olympic viewing of the last couple of weeks had worn me out :D
