what lies beyond...

... just the playing fields by the leisure centre actually, but the gate did look a bit eerie.

I made myself get out today again and just take a walk... a photo walk, I call it. Just taking my time, taking in the surroundings.

It felt good and I was pleased to get a photo too. After all, that was the main reason for getting out there in the first place.

I think I can make a habit of this photo walk thing...

oh and I also managed another 20 minute run on the treadmill when I got back.... the running comeback is still on.
