Japanese sake, DASSAI

This is my favorite sake named Dassai. That name is originated an fable that an otter put game of fish side by side as a festival of blessing to a god.
So, the first Chinese character means an otter, and the second one does a festival. But I do not like to drink it in my home by myself. I would like to drink it with the delicious dishes that somebody made for me with my favorite friend.
