DARK MISTY MORNING.

Feeling back to normal now, so set off early this morning, while it was still dark. Dawn was just breaking as I reached the canal, however I had not gone far when it became freezing and a very thick mist came down. It lifted slowly and the morning was beautiful. Got a photo of a Cormorant but it was taken in the mist so not very clear. Hope you like this photo, the two extras are Daisy saying hello to the horse, although the horse is looking a little worried. The second is of autumn colours through the mist.
After breakfast painted the wall above the garage and then filled a green bin full leaves. I then took all the dogs a walk along the burn and they had fun running after the ball. Home now and just put a turkey drumstick to cook slowly in the over. Cannot visit the care home until I get rid of this cold.
