Fall Color

I do not know the name of this colorful grass plant.  They are scattered throughout our neighborhood.  They grow in clumps and get to about 3 feet tall.  I planted one in a bed in our yard and have at least 20 now, and I've dug up many to get rid of them.  They just come up wherever they wish.  They bloom like this for several months.
