I was stuck in an office all day, except for a quick walk in the late afternoon in Coulter's Wood, a new planting near Carmunnock, which will look great in about twenty years' time. In the meantime there's not much to see except a large hen pheasant waddling along the path like she owned the place, but I was too slow with the camera. So had to fall back on some autumny details.
