Most delicious dressing

I have to have a lot of mashed food - toast, though I can (usually) manage but today's lunch was an avocado which I found in the fridge  covered with this dressing.  It's delicious  :-D

***  Back blipped from a time when i have no more avocados in the fridge :-((
