Burying his head

A full day became even more full with the absence of a colleague but it all got done even if the to do list didn't get touched. I think everyone's counting down the days to Friday and we are getting there. 

Bailey showed his appreciation for another delivery tonight. No surreptitious chewing this time just a bit of burying his head in my new walking boot. He seemed to quite like them and I think they will be a good replacement for the pair I have had for far too long. 

And tonight I have mourned Selasi's departure from Bake Off and been cheered by Kate Rusby on Jo Whiley. Not a bad Wednesday really.
