Heading West Again
This picture taken at the side of the A830, Fort William to Mallaig road.
This is at the side of Loch nan Uamh, looking towards the Railway Viaduct at Kinlochnanaugh with Rois Bheinn the hill in the background standing at 877ft
To the left of the picture built on the rocks is Prince Charle's Cairn.
This is the site that Bonny Prince Charlie escaped to sail to France after he was defeated at the Battle of Culloden in 1745, by Butcher Cumberland and the English Troops aided by the southern Scots. There's a little bit of history and lovely scenery as well!
