Notes: Swam laps - first time in awhile. Ran to Publix on the beach for a few groceries to tide me over until I fly out and then walked to post office to mail back an Amazon purchase. Got in some pool and beach time, had ecHQ team call to determine phase 3. Quiet day after that.
