Abstract Thursday 69

This will be the last time AT will be hosted by youoregon1. I will miss this  challenge which provides a fun and mentally stretching activity each week.  He has given us a great subject to bow out on, Pets.  Of course it has to be Monty the Budgerigar as you have never seen him before.  I messed about with colour and used a solarize filter in Photo Plus, then added a border in Pic Monkey.
