More speriments

Experimenting with bread is my blessed release from the mixture of high stress and total boredom which makes up most of my life. At the moment I am on a quest to make completely wheat free, sourdough bread that is also fluffy and nice. This is just out of the oven so its fate will be declared at breakfast time.

I can eat wheat no problem, but wheat dough is so bloody easy I get even more bored. Making life difficult for myself seems to be my hobby ;)
