I was told this photo was in the local Southend news paper. It was from the charity knitting event on Saturday. The man to my right Phil and the lady far left Steph are part of the relay channel swim team. Stephs mum owns the knitting shop. The lady next to me is the local MP Rebecca Harris. Apparently Over £200 was raised just on cakes, teas and coffees. The raffle is ongoing until the end of the month. I'd like to win the blanket.
I've set up my justgiving page today. My training and fundraising has begun. I'm organising a curry night. That should do well.
