Little German Owl

Here in NZ we have a lot of these little owls, especially in the lowlands and around the city. This little fellow was found near the main northern motorway this morning. He has a nasty head injury. If I can keep him alive overnight he should have a chance. I have medicated him, popped him on a heatpad and just have to hope he will survive.I managed to rear about 14 last season....so we will see. Wings crossed.
