Europe after the rain

Well, it's Church Lane, actually, but still part of Europe, if you see what I mean. Was there a band or a song called 'Europe After the Rain'? If there wasn't, I feel there should be.

The rain made everything fresh again today. Even doused the palace of the Wee Frees!
