Eastern State Penitentiary

Had a nice breakfast in the giant Reading Terminal Market which is just down the road from our hotel. Walked back down to the historic area to see the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall (the queues were crazy yesterday as it was Columbus Day).
We then made our way to the Museum of Art, where I was able to do an obligatory Rocky pose at the top of the steps.
Then a short walk to Eastern State Penitentiary, which is now a tourist spot. We took a bus back down to the antique shops on Pine Street. My wife got a necklace and we finished the day off with a long session in a splendid Irish bar called Moriarty's.

Nobody will be reading these ramblings, but I am persevering as it will be a good personal diary memory when I look back on these blips.
