A rare sight

Since our Royal Mail parcel collection office
moved from being within walking distance a few years ago I've wondered what is the best time to avoid its congested overflowing car park and long queues. Tuesdays at 3.15 pm are clearly that time - unfortunately they couldn't find my parcel!
