Walnut for breakfast...

Had a bit of a lazy day today... Taken a few photos and given my kit a bit of a clean ready for the Chelmsford Marathon on Sunday...

The best photo of the day was from first thing. I lured Vincent close with a walnut which he took from my fingers.  Pity the light was so dull.

I'm beginning to think that a major apology and correction may need to be published sometime soon.  Evidence (more correctly, a lack of physical evidence) is leading me to believe that my gender assignment may be incorrect.
