An egret.

Went to the hospital appointment I missed as they slotted me in today but now got to wait weeks before I can have the way overdue operation. Walking around whilst there is certainly  giving me cause for regrets this evening, not nice at all. ;-(

The egret was all I could get a shot of from my car on the way home.
