Chocolate & CPR

This is what Friday nights are made for! Yep, chocolate (lots of) and permission to be lazy:)

This morning was spent attending a very good first aid course. Being faced with a CPR dummy bright and early was a different kind of wake up call! This afternoon my lovely mum popped round for a catch up and a cuppa which was nice.
