Flour Friday

This is a sourdough starter, which is currently in the process of being fed and (hopefully) supercharged prior to being used in some bread baking later this weekend.  So, apologies for the awful title to today's shot :-)

I have a long weekend coming up, with a day off on Monday. Unfortunately most of it is already taken up with chores, (after yesterday's blip I seem to have plenty).  Cathy and I are hoping to find time for a good walk and if all goes well I am hoping to be able to find a little time to take the Duchess out for a spin at some stage.  Despite the chores, I'm looking forward to my weekend after such a busy last few days - may you all get the weekends that you want too!
