Secret Squirrel

How can a moment fill with you so much joy, but at the same time leave you feeling as if you've missed out on something big?

I was in Kirkby Stephen today in the Lake District to visit one of our sites, which was right bang in the middle of the town centre. Whilst talking to our site team we suddenly noticed this little red squirrel which was making its way across the road, and whilst clearly they are nervous little things he wasn't exactly shy and was in plain view for a long time. Sadly thought the little blighter wouldn't sit still for a minute and I couldn't get a photograph of him. Gutted!

But it was great to see one and knowing that the Lake District is a little haven for them from the greys, I hope one day soon I will see one again and finally get a photograph.

So sadly today's blip is of one of the signs that warn you of their presence. Peace!
