Joule

My Joule arrived in the mail today. I have cooked sous vide after learning about it when I joined Chef Steps. It was a new way to cook for me and the results were very good. CS is in Seattle, WA and I cannot remember how I came across their website.
There are machines one can purchase for sous vide cooking but the machines are large taking up valuable real estate in my small kitchen. The Joule is a tool that fits in a drawer when not in use.
