A work in progress

This is an unusual way of rolling out a carpet - but then it is a carpet of flowers. By the time these volunteers finish later today +/- 750,000 begonias will have been laid on the cobbled stones of the Grand Place in Brussels. If you want to feast your eyes on this amazing floral tapestry you'll have to be quick as it will only be there until Sunday - and you'll have to wait until 2014 for the next one as this spectacle only happens every two years!
