Sick Day

Another sick day and a boy who had little appetite called for some comfort food and activities. French toast for lunch (my mother's solution to feeding sick kids), long nap this afternoon, and homemade matzo ball chicken soup for dinner. With 'picnic and a movie' (The Red Balloon again) to help the soup go down.

It worked...here he is stuffing his mouth with a matzo ball and watching the boy fly off over Paris at the end of the film. With Freddie and Cider in attendance, of course...although Cider was really there for the extra chicken...
