back blip Herculean

Today was a free day so the 6 of us took a taxi to Herculean.  We were picked up at 8.00 and there by 9.00.  We were lucky it was early and hardly any crowds.  Much smaller than Pompeii but very interesting and more compact. The taxi driver gave us two hours and this was enough.  You could do more but it was very hot and starting to get crowded.  Once back at the hotel (we vetoed stopping in Sorrento) we sat by the pool and had beers.
