Choux pastry demonstration

As part of a week celebrating French cooking, I went to the Alliance Francaise today to a pastry workshop. It was interesting, especially when we all had a go at piping the pastry. This photo is of the chef showing how it's done.
..and for BCAM, there is a pink covering on the jar in the picture. One can always find a touch of pink!
I think today of my goddaughter, a young mother and survivor of breast cancer.
