A ridged inkcap?

I spotted this little number on the golf course and as usual I have no idea what it is. It looks a bit like the ridged inkcap (google) - perhaps someone out there has a better idea.
The extra is specially for Alichap (it tasted great!).
The local Ice Cream has a side line in Waffles on a Stick.
