Live like a troll

It turned out there was still a little bit of my birthday left, Ella came over this morning with some fancy tea and this gorgeous cup (mug?) for me. She joined me and Rosie for a walk on the beach and we had a goodly catch up.

Then a Mika session, lunch and Will and I went into town. I bought new nail varnish and earrings on our way to the cinema to see Trolls. It was all about having happiness inside you, you just have to find it - all very uplifting. Next week some Marvel film, I can't remember the name now but I think less glitter, singing and dancing - hopefully some inner happiness somewhere.

And guess what? Some of the gym stuff doesn't make me want to cry or pass out any more, cool eh?
