Screw in tire

Barb called me on the way from work and said she had a low tire warning. When she go home, I checked the pressure of her run flat tire and found it to be zero. Found this screw in the tire. Ouch.....
Inflated it to the proper pressure and check it this morning to find it again zero. Did a little online research an found that BMW would only replace the tire at $400. I called a Goodyear dealer who said it could be patched. Took it this morning and 25 dollars later, drove away $375 dollars happier. Good Day....
