No vowels

I am a very lucky soul. B's daughter and her partner took us out for dinner tonight in 'Town' to a restaurant that has no vowels - DYSTRKT - I'm assuming is pronounced 'District', but am not sure.

It was wonderful, we had a bargain tasting menu that included things called air, spume and powder. Poncy, but delicious. We declined the coffee that had been through the digestive system of a civet - WTF!
