Real Music

Went out for a night of live music in Sheffield this evening and in a break from the norm, the entire Hollow clan went out (I am usually on my tod).  Myself and Mrs H loved it, Jnr Jnr was tired and full of cold, but liked it a lot - Jnr Snr was in full teenager mode and was visibly resentful at having to be dragged along to something that was not up her street.  Ah well - we've all been there.

We went to Cafe#9, an awesomely intimate venue for real music.  It is owned by a parent of an ex-pupil and is a place that is so up my street.  Tonight the Goat Roper Rodeo Band were playing, but this image is of Ash - a guy who played the support slot.  He played at school a couple of years back and also played at Eroica last year, both performances I missed!!!!!  So happy to see him play tonight (I didn't know he was going to be there) as he was amazing.
