Struggling a bit today unsurprisingly.

My lovely brother is taking time off work to come with us for our final appointment tomorrow. It doesn't matter who's there to hold my hand but I realised it will very much matter to her that a kind face she's known forever will be more comforting than someone she doesn't really know.

This is all getting a bit real now :(
