Flaygrounding in Eastbourne

This has to be the coldest flayground in the country! Even in summer, never mind a windy autumn day!! I brought Noo here while we waited for GravyC to finish his long run. (He is doing the Beachy Head Marathon on Saturday, which starts and finishes here.) We did have a little lay in (7.15) and a lazy morning. Coffee (me) and cake (Noo) was a must on the way to Eastbourne, and GravyC treated me to another coffee before we left. Apart from too much coffee, my own run (at 5pm) was fuelled only by a slice of toast at 8am......so it felt harder than it was...
