Up On The Roof

After a good night's sleep, I got up and went for a run along the beach. Last night, everyone said they would come with me but strangely, nobody was very keen this morning.
After breakfast we set off for a walk along the coast. We had trouble finding a pub which let children in/was open and ended up walking miles and miles until we found somewhere by which time the children were getting very tired and bad tempered.
Back at the house, D cooked roast lamb which was lovely.
The children are now in the kitchen making pancakes.
