SAILING DAY 1

Not sure where this idea came from....always fancied it...just thought we are too old now!!! Friend reminded me I won't be younger next year so in a moment of madness we booked. One week sailing in Greece.
Just been out for our first lesson....5 hours of instruction....head is in a spin!!! We did well putting sails up, lowering the anchor, reversing into harbour. Only one accident....I feel through the seat hatch as I didn't noticed the lid had been lifted. Cut and bruised elbow (and pride!!!). So tired we couldn't face going ashore to eat. A ham roll and early to bed tonight.
