Muurame church

The renovation of this beautiful church in Muurame got ready this summer.  It's built in the years 1926-1929, architect was Alvar Aalto. So this project is one of his earliest works in Jyväskylä, Finland.

I liked especially the beautiful colors the renovation restored to this  small church. Aalto was a great fan of Italy and the Mediterranean area, it's clearly visible here.
