Crail

A wet and grey day.  I had to get up and pack a couple of bags as BB and I were heading off to the Costa del Crail for a week.  Unfortunately, TT couldn’t join us as work got in the way.  We left home after lunchtime,  and the weather was varying degrees of wet and grey all the way there.  By the time we arrived the rain had stopped (hurrah!), so once we had unpacked we went exploring.  First stop was the beach by the harbour.  We then walked along the coastal path to the playpark.  BB had the park almost to himself, and so he made the most of it.

We headed home via the co-op and later treated ourselves to delicious fish and chips from the local chippy before we watched The Nightmare Before Christmas.  A nice relaxing start to our week in the East Neuk of Fife.
