Love potatoes

I had to spend Sunday at work. Not my first choice, but it is usually a quiet and relaxed day, with roast dinner for the residents and some time for baking. I made a plate of fondant fancies ( not as posh as Mary Berry's ) and bread and butter pudding.
When I got around to peeling the potatoes, this charming tuber jumped out of the sack to delight me! Then I boiled him xx
