A spinning session for R & B. I met them for coffee afterwards. It was great to hear about her recent dinner at Buckingham Palace!!! A small select group of 25!!!

I rather over did the gardening yesterday and had backache this morning. So this afternoon was spent machine sewing. Back feels fine, but neck aches!!! I'm a decrepit old .....lady!!
