Darkest Leith

AKA the waste ground behind the school between Leith Links and Seafield Road. Plenty privacy to paint and practice here by the look of it. Although maybe a bit tough in the spring and summer as the birch and buddleia in full leaf offers a fairly imposing natural barrier.

And - I have no idea what used to be on this site; we found the old chimney and the underground sewer(?) network but no clue left as to what once occupied this place - there must be nearly 4 acres of ground sitting doing nothing.

Anyway - we were out, exploring.

In the finest tradition of Eat your Peas.

If you eat your peas, you can have pudding.
I don't like peas, said Daisy.
If you eat your peas you can have pudding and stay up half an hour later and watch TV.
I don;t like peas said Daisy.
If you come and help me find Cigs, I'll take you swimming later and you can have 2 Starburst each,
And so the deal was done; and a couple of hours at the Commie Pool too.

Extra shows the setting.
