Dredger in the Mist
Trying to get organised at work, but IT were having problems with the network.
It was going up and down like a yoyo.
Gave up eventually, went to the supermarket and home.
Mist rolled in late afternoon and slowly thickened.
Went across to Torry and onto the Battery Road (Greyhope Road.)
You can get down onto the foreshore and a dredger was working the channel.
They are currently building a new section to the harbour
but they obviously still have to keep the channel open.
Wanted to just photograph the dredger but it was busier than the Bosphorus tonight.
Multiple boats going out continuously, narrowly passing each other and in mist that continually came and went.
It is amazing watching boats the size of a football pitch spin on their axis in centre channel, whilst cutters and pilot boats nip in-between.
Tide came in round my ankles but I got some good shots.
